Unique Framed Photographs Of Maine
The
places you’ve seen but perhaps have never noticed, tastefully matted and framed in a manner to complement the
art.
Each
frame is handcrafted from oak, red birch, hickory, birds-eye maple,
figured cherry, black walnut or a combination of exotic woods. I use no
metal staples, nails or other fasteners in my frames. A simple wooden
spline, in a contrasting color of wood, is used to reinforce the mitered
corner joints, thus adding a unique dimension to the frame. Each frame
is hand-sanded and multiple coats
of varnish are applied before it is waxed and buffed to a fine luster.
