˝ c white flour
˝ c multi-grain flour
˝ Tbls oil
˝ tsp salt
Mix the flours & salt any any herbs you might like together by pulsing 3-4 times in food processor. With the processor running, add the olive oil and eggs. Process until the dough forms a ball. It will be a bit sticky. Transfer the dough to a rolling surface and knead by hand for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Let rest for at least 30 minutes and then proceed to make the style of pasta you’ve chosen.
