Pizza Crust


Mix my whole-grain batter mix as you would to make crackers:


Instead of cutting the dough into bit-sized pieces, roll the dough out flat on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Heat oven to 425šs and bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding sauce and other fixin’s to your pizza. This will make a thin-crust pizza that will surely fill you up.

After adding your preferred topping, bake another 15 minutes at 425šs or until the cheese browns.
